October 2011 NDG Homes Market Report
October sales popped back up to 13 from 8 and 6 in August and September with an average sales price of $609,446. These homes sold very fast averaging just 21 days on market (DOM). Inventory for homes in NDG decreased again back down to 3.2 months with only 15 new properties coming to market and maintaining 45 active properties. Discount levels remained normal averaging 4% off last ask price.
